How about making it a felony to infringe the right to keep and bear arms?

Is it already a felony? There's no single law specifically targeted at this case. However, it's clearly a violation of several federal laws, including:

* 18 U.S.C. §2 [Aiding & Abetting]
* 18 U.S.C. §371 [Conspiracy]
* 18 U.S.C. §922(a)(6) [Deceiving Statement]
* 18 U.S.C. §924(a)(1)(A) [False Statement]
* 18 U.S.C. §924(a)(3) [FFL False Statement]
* 27 C.F.R. 478.128 [False Statement]

Of course the Department of "Justice" (at least under the current administration) isn't interested in prosecuting those sorts of cases, particularly since that might interfere with the call for more gun control.
